Orthopedic Physical Therapy

If an injury, surgery, or chronic condition is limiting your daily life, sports, or fitness, I’m here to help you get back to doing what you love—with less pain and more confidence.

I provide personalized care that goes beyond recovery. Together, we’ll address your aches, improve movement patterns, enhance performance, and identify ways to prevent future injuries.

I use hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and practical strategies so you can keep moving and doing what you enjoy—without unnecessary restrictions.

Services are available in-clinic or virtually anywhere in Massachusetts.

Pelvic Health & Pregnant/ Postpartum Care

Too often, women feel they just have to live with pelvic symptoms—but you don’t. I provide specialized orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy to address conditions like pelvic pain, pressure, incontinence, pain with intercourse, and prolapse-related concerns.

I’m trained by the Herman Wallace Institute in internal and external pelvic floor assessment and treatment techniques, ensuring you receive expert, individualized care.

Pregnancy and delivery are hard work and take a toll on the body. I’m here to guide you through these changes, helping you stay strong, move safely, and ease into postpartum life. Together, we’ll educate you on your symptoms and provide effective strategies to restore function and confidence—because just doing Kegels is often not enough (or making things worse!).

Pelvic health physical therapy services are offered in-clinic or virtually anywhere in Massachusetts.

Performance Gait Assessments

Whether you are a recreational runner or training for a marathon, a detailed running assessment is an excellent way to help reduce your injury risk, improve efficiency, and keep you running for years and years.

Geared towards the healthy non-injured runner or walker, a performance gait assessment includes video analysis, assessment of your strength, mobility, and neuromuscular coordination. You will be provided with a full written report that includes edited photos, recommendations for preventative exercises, footwear, and training modifications.

Not available for online booking, please contact to schedule

Recovery Session

Recovering from activity is essential for continued training and progress. A recovery session at Stride uses manual therapy interventions such as cupping, massage, dry needling, IASTM (scraping, blading), and stretching/mobility work to help reduce soreness and decrease recovery time.

Sessions available to active patients who have had an evaluation or follow up session in the past 6 months.

Virtual Options

A virtual consultation will help guide you to feel best in your body. The session will begin with a conversation around your symptoms and concerns, then our doctors will observe and access any needed areas including strength, coordination, motion, and gait pattern. The goal of the session is to determine potential contributing factors to your symptoms, as well as to recommend strategies, exercises, and resources that may be beneficial to you.
